- Excellent oral and written communication skills which enable a senior estimator to effectively liaise with clients, other departments within the organization, and subcontractors, and also report directly to the senior management
- Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Availability for travel, as a senior estimator is required to visit several project sites
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any other related or relevant field.
- Must have at least 15 years of experience in ship repair
- Understanding different types of marine paints.

- Deep knowledge about blasting and painting estimating jobs
- Able to handle 10-12 projects

- 3-5 years of proven work experience on the same field
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to execute work in the relevant section to the level of productivity required
- Recommended certificates: ACE, SSPC, NACE, CWI
- Ability to participate in sustained activities for many hours in duration and in accordance with state labor laws
- Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain records, understand written direction, and fabricate or repair orthotic and prosthetic devices.
- Education: Associate degree in welding, metals fabrication, engineering technology
- Age: 28 years or above
